Getting up to Cancer Each Day

I have hairy cell leukemia and was treated in 2008 with chemo...now will be having a "spleenectomy" in the near future.
I saw a show on The Learning Channel a few years ago and it was about a young lady that had Hairy Cell Leukemia. She was only beginning to understand that there basically wasn't any treatment that would "cure" it, but that she would always have it in her body. That's the point I'm at right now and although I AM turning corners..every day is a challenge.
