I relay for those who are fighting this terrible disease.

I relay for those who are fighting this terrible disease.
I relay for those who have lost someone to this terrible disease.
I relay for those who have won the fight against this terrible disease.

Relay for Life is a chance to come together with family and friends to raise money for this excellent cause.

I have never lost anyone to this disease, but when I think of cancer, I think of my Grade 6 year, when one of my classmates was diagnosed with this ruthless disease. Thankfully, he won his battle but it's hard to forget the struggles he encountered.
