RELAY OF LIFE

Every Time About This Year,
A Special Event Appears,
A Journey For A Good Cause, The Relay For Life,
People Of All Ages, With One Purpose In Mind,

Many People They Know, Touched By A Disease,
Of This They Can Speak,
For It's Called Cancer,
They Walk To Raise Money, Some Walk To Remember,

For Cancer Is A Beast, It Does Not Discriminate,
It Strikes Young And Old, People Of All Ages,
Open Your Wallets And Hearts,
With Money Research Can Go Far,

For Tonight The Walk Begins,
All Types Of Weather They Walk In,
The Survivors Come And Walk,
Living Proof Cancer Can Be Beat, Do Their Lap, It's No Shock,

The Luminaries Are Lit As Day Becomes Night, So Bright They Glow,
A Silent Testament To Those Who Have Gone, Row After Row,
Many Miles We Will Walk Tonight,
Never Will We Give Up, For A Cure We Will Fight,

The Morning Soon Comes, The Sun Arises And The Moon Goes Away,
Many Smiles We Have, For It's A Beautiful Day,
We Have Walked Many A Mile Tonight,
It's For A Good Cause, This Relay Of Life...
