Why I Relay

In support of my husband

I joined the Relay for Life in support of my husband who has gone through two bouts with cancer, the most recent being just this past year. I have shared many sleepless nights with him and saw firsthand the toll this disease has taken on him. We also have family who have recently lost their battle with cancer and want to help raise funds so that one day our grandchildren or great-grandchildren may not have to go through what we have. We all must join in the cause of finding a way to eradicate this disease.
