My ROCK was taken away!

My Dad was diagnosed with Cancer about 5 years ago. He passed away on November 25, 2008.

My Dad was my ROCK! He was always there for me and never failed to listen when I needed him to. We were friends as well as Father and Daughter. Over many years we would sit and talk about everything and anything. He taught me so much throughout my life, from how to be kind loving and respectful to others, to teaching me all about power tools and how to build things. I learned a great deal from his wisdom and dedication to teaching me these things. I loved working side by side with my dad on any project we decided to tackle, and there were many over the years.
My dad was 83 years of age when he died but the previous 5 years he still kept active. He was lifting weights, golfing and still manufacturing new objects for himself as well as others. He in fact was an iron worker genius. There was nothing he couldn't design or make.
I miss dad terribly and I talk to him everyday and night. He was a great man, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.
