Two great people victims of cancer
My parents Marie and Pete both died from a form of cancer. My mom fought the battle with ovarian cancer for four years. She was a brave lady and fought to the end. My dad was only diagnosed with lung cancer two weeks before he died....he never had a chance to fight against this disease, however he helped mom with her fight for four years. It is a privledge for me to partake in the Relay for Life...it keeps my parents memory alive and it helps me continue to fight for them. Many of my family and friends have been affected by cancer. It is my hope that my children and their friends and your children and there friends will never have to face cancer.
