I relay for my grandma and every other family that is fighting back.
I'm lucky enough that cancer has never had a huge impact on my life. I have heard of people that have had cancer but have never known anyone personally who has been affected by this disease. I have been a team captian for last 5 years and participated for the last 6 for the families that have been affected by this terrible disease. This past October, however, my grandma was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a very scary time for my family and my grandma continues to fight against the disease. So this year I am relaying for my grandma as well as every other family that is standing strong, fighting back and celebrating life!
