My Mom

I lost my Mom to cancer in 2007. She had cancer and treatment for 18 years. To see my mom hurt from this disease it hurt me a lot. This is my third year volunteering for the relay and this year it's on my birthday.

I miss my mom everyday and I wish she didn't have to pass away from cancer. I now that she is in heaven and not in pain anymore. It will be 5 years in September that she has been gone. I still hurt a lot and have a lot of memories come by me especially from march until September. I'm very proud that this is something I can do in memory of my mom she will be very proud of me.
