Fundraising for cancer once a year is a small price to pay to help find a cure.

Ten years ago I was asked to emcee a twelve hour event that would raise money for cancer research. I happily agreed and also joined the committee. I joined because it was the right thing to do. After ten years of being on the committee I am very proud to be chair of Thompson's Relay for Life again this year and believe that we can do as well this year as last with fundraising and if we do Thompson will be able to proudly say in ten years we raised 1 million dollars to help find a cure. To all those fighting for their lives we do this for you! To those we lost, we remember you with honour.
Uncle Herb and Phyllis you will not be forgotten. Mom and Uncle Bob I pray you continue to get good reports!!!!!
