Cancer doesn't fight fair!
We have lost too many amazing friends and family members to this horrible disease! It doesn't fight fair! It will attack any age, and doesn't care if that person is your rock!
I relay because I have watched too many friends and family fight this horrible disease. Young cousins, Grandmother, Uncles, Aunts..I have watched all of them suffer. I have now lost both my parents to this bully of a disease. Most recently was my Mother who lost her fight June 23, 2011. She will never be forgotten. She was such a fighter and taught us to appreciate everything you have and never give up. Her last motion to us was a thumbs up. That explains the name of our team. I relay because I want my kids to grow up in a world free of Cancer :)
