Relay to Celebrate
I am a 10 year cancer survivor
I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer which had spread to my lymph nodes in 2000. I had a complete thyroidectomy and removal of 6 nodes which all tested positive for cancer. Fortunately, I had the most amazing surgeon and Oncologist who I credit with my cure. I am a mother to an amazing 18 year old son, and I participate to help raise money so that if heaven forbid he has inherited this horrible disease, his treatment will be advanced even further. Thank you to all who have and continue to participate.
