A few years back I found out three of my family members had cancer and found out about relay for life I first started going last year and it was very heart warming and upsetting knowing that more people were fighting and surviving cancer made me feel good

I first started relay for life last year I always wanted to be in the relay but I never got the chance I wanted to start once I found out my great aunt great uncle and great grandpa had cancer and one of my great uncles had died from lung cancer I was really upset once I heard about it my great grandpa had just found out he had cancer two years ago it was very upsetting thought he had leukemia but it turns out he has myelomas which is also very upsetting. My aunty Leah has gotten her thyroid cancer dealt with and has a very happy life my uncle Steve had leukemia and fought it he also had prostate cancer and fought that as well and i have wanted to join relay ever since
