Why I will walk....
Many of you know we lost my Dad to cancer. Last spring Lesli's Dad and I were both diagnosed within a few short weeks of each other. To make a long, sad, story short, I am still here to walk and he isn't. And no one knows what the future holds. My friends have named our team in my honor, and to say that I am honored is an understatement. We all know someone who has been touched by this. So I will be there to celebrate as a survivor, to remember those who haven't and to fight back all night - because cancer doesn't sleep and neither will I.
