for my loved ones
I am looking forward to the day where CANCER is just a horoscope sign!
I relay because I lost my mother in 2002 to brain cancer. She was unable to really be herself in the end as the tumor grew so large it pushed her brain compressing it to the back of her skull. Cancer robbed me of saying goodbye, robbed me of a mother and robbed Her of sooooo many life triumphs all her 5 daughters accomplished. She never saw any weddings, any grand children, and graduations. No family holiday trips, no retirement. And as she now looks down from heaven I walk to honour her, to raise money for a cure. RIP Jacoba "Coby" Cook. I miss you and love you.xoxo
