Surviving Diagnosed with Colon Cancer at the age of 26 I was diagnosed with a stage 4 tumour in my colon this past August. I was 26 years old and no one would believe that anything was wrong with me and I went through a year of being shoved out of the doctor’s office. I had surgery in September to remove a portion of my colon, and have now started the chemo process. I was lucky that the cancer had not spread anywhere in my body, being a stage 4 tumour it should have. It’s going to be a tough road ahead, but I will keep on fighting to keep it from coming back!!! :)
