By submitting the image(s) now submitted, I represent and warrant that I am the sole creator of the image(s) submitted, that I own all rights to the works submitted, and that I have obtained the permission of the persons shown in the images to their submission and to the use of the images by the Canadian Cancer Society as provided herein.

By submitting these image(s), I give the Canadian Cancer Society the irrevocable non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free perpetual right to use and incorporate them, at its discretion, in whole or in part, in the Canadian Cancer Society web site, including the right to reproduce them and to use them in any other promotional material published in any manner by the Canadian Cancer Society, and to edit, crop or alter these image(s) and to create derivative works from these image(s). I further agree that any image submitted becomes part of the Canadian Cancer Society archival holdings and will not be returned to me. I irrevocably waive all moral rights in the image(s).

I indemnify and forever hold harmless the Canadian Cancer Society and its officers, directors, employees, agents and independent contractors, successors and assigns from and against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and causes of action arising by reason of the submission of the image(s) and the use of such image(s) by any of them. Any image(s) that are not related to the Canadian Cancer Society mission, vision or values, or which are otherwise determined by the Canadian Cancer Society to be inappropriate, offensive or defamatory, may be removed from the Canadian Cancer Society web site in its sole discretion.

In no event will the Canadian Cancer Society be responsible for any damages or losses arising out of access to and use of its web sites or the downloading from and/or printing of material downloaded from such site.
