Welcome to Relay For Life Training Walks!
Relay For Life training walks provide an opportunity to build endurance in preparation for the event and ultimately assist participants to safely complete the Relay on the day of the event.
Relayers who participate in training walks also form a stronger connection to the event and are provided timely coaching and fundraising tips that assist them to reach their physical and fundraising goals.
Training walks are arranged for participants at any physical level and facilitated by training walk leaders in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Training walks are also a great way to meet other Relayers.
