Over the Top Success on the Slopes


The Slopes for Hope Red Mountain 2014 event raised over $10,000 and the donations are still coming in!

Thanks to everyone that participated in this year’s Slopes for Hope Red Mountain event on March 16. We are humbled by the collective effort of everyone coming together and making a real difference.

Top Individuals and Team contributors for this year’s event;

David Fricke raised $1,047.00Steven Plaa raised $650
Team Powertrippers raised $1,750.00Team 38 Special raised $1,487.00

Way to Go the extra Distance!


Josh Burwash raised over $325 and skied 49,677 vertical feet skiing - 21 runs on Motherlode.
Andrew Cordingley raised $335.01 and skied 45,030 vertical feet.
Steve Plaa raised an amazing $650 and skied 41,458 vertical feet.

Youth

Kevin Carmichael, a 14 year old, skied an astounding 33,353 vertical feet - 14 runs on Motherlode.
Audry and Alesha Hall (sisters) skied 30,814 vertical feet each.

Still have donations to be collected?


Donations can be dropped off at the Canadian Cancer Society office in Trail or donations can still be made online.
