	Add a photo If you would like to submit a photo of you and your significant other, please send your photo separately by e-mail to weddings@ontario.cancer.ca. The photo that you upload must be in JPEG format with a file name ending in ".jpg" or ".jpeg" or ".jpe". Ideally, photos should be no larger than 800 x 600 pixels. Please name your file after your first and last name to easily identify who is in the picture.
	Waiver I grant permission to the Canadian Cancer Society to use my photograph and testimonial submitted here for Canadian Cancer Society purposes in any media and territory in perpetuity. By submitting photographs and content, I warrant that I am the sole creator of the images and content submitted, and that I own all rights to the works submitted and have the consent of all persons in the images to their submission and use. I acknowledge that I will not receive any financial remuneration for any of the above and that my compensation is the opportunity to contribute to the activities of the Canadian Cancer Society.
