Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock

September 22 - October 5

Cops for Cancer is an exciting annual event that takes place each fall, when over a hundred law enforcement and emergency services personnel from across the province brave all types of weather as they cycle up to two weeks across the daunting terrain of Vancouver Island, Northern BC, the coast of British Columbia and the Fraser Valley.

The Tour de Rock team, made up of police officers, members of the media, and special guests, cycles from one end of Vancouver Island to the other, covering over 1,000 kilometres and visiting more than 27 generous communities along the way.

Why? Because the impact of cancer on the life of a child and their family is devastating. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society through Cops for Cancer are used to fund life-saving research and caring support programs like Camp Goodtimes to reduce its impact.
