Slopes for Hope Whitewater 2017
Whitewater Ski Resort
March 4, 2017

Slopes for Hope Whitewater is a family friendly ski-a-thon in which participants attempt to ski or board the vertical height of Mount Everest in one day (29,029 feet). Participants can sign up as individuals for a personal challenge, or in teams and split the distance between team members. Come up with a team name, wear costumes, and challenge your friends, family or coworkers!

A Slopes for Hope Whitewater participant can now choose to attempt a nordic ski challenge at Nelson Nordic Ski Club or challenge themselves and attempt to ski or board the 29,029 feet at Whitewater Ski Resort. There will be an après-event with entertainment and prizes awarded at the end of the day for both challenges at Whitewater Ski Resort. We ask that participants fundraise in advance to support the Canadian Cancer Society.

The money raised from an event such as Slopes for Hope Whitewater allows the Society to provide vital cancer support programs to the residents of Nelson and surrounding communities. We hope you can join us for this great event!
