27th Annual Boy's Day (Friday, June 14th)
Gents, for 27 years now, I have hosted an "Annual Boys Day" at the lake. Each year I have fed and watered many. Together; we have shared many laughs and plenty of late nights. I hope you all have enjoyed yourselves!
A few years back, I started tying a fundraiser into the event as we are all so lucky in so many aspects of our lives, I thought it was worthwhile to support those that don't have the same fortunate gratitude that we all share.
There may come a time when our fortunes shift, and we may very well need the services of those organizations we have supported in the past as a group. I am taking action to change the future of this disease for my friends, family and Canadians nationwide. I am raising awareness and funds for the fight against cancer. I hope I can count on your support!
This year, I am focusing the fundraising efforts towards the Canadian Cancer Society; in honour of a longtime friend, attendee and genuinely great guy who passed away November 30, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 56.
In honour of my (our) great friend, Brian Tucker, please donate today and help me reach my fundraising goal! He was generous with his time and committed many volunteer hours for many worthwhile causes. The money raised will help Canada’s brightest researchers make groundbreaking discoveries, provide cancer patients with much-needed support services and ensure that other life-changing work is possible.
Your generosity will help the Canadian Cancer Society continue to make the most impact, against the most cancers, in the most communities across the country.
Make your donation online – it’s fast, secure and will reduce administrative costs so more of your support goes towards the fight against cancer.
Proceeds from my fundraiser will support Greatest need
