Music For A Cause Benefit Concert: Sunday, April 28th at 1:30pm
Each spring, CMC sponsors a Music For a Cause Benefit Concert for various causes close to our hearts, with our CMC teachers and advanced students donating their time and talent. This year, we're raising money for the Canadian Cancer Society.
Most people have either been touched by cancer or know someone that has. CMC's Director Lusiana dealt with breast cancer a few years back, and this year, one of our CMC team's partner is fighting cancer right now. Funds raised for the Canadian Cancer Society will help fund promising cancer research, advocate for policies that protect the health of Canadians and provide vital support services to patients and their families.
If you are unable to make it to our benefit concert on April 28th, consider making a donation online – it’s fast, secure and will reduce administrative costs so more of your support goes towards the fight against cancer. Your generosity will help the Canadian Cancer Society continue to make the most impact, against the most cancers, in the most communities across the country.
