For the first week of next month, we’re challenging you to quit smoking for 7 days, and offering a $500 cash prize to encourage you to try.

Why is the first week so important? Because if you are successful for the first week, you’re 9X more likely to quit for good*. And that’s amazing!  

We hope that this challenge will be the little extra nudge you need to turn your urge to quit into action, and we can provide you with tools and support to help you.
