Canadian Cancer Society - Cops for Cancer

Cops for Cancer in Waterloo Region 2013

Police officers, along with emergency service personnel, play a leadership role in organizing the Canadian Cancer Society Cops for Cancer events across Ontario. Each year these dedicated individuals participate in public head shave events or bike rides and raise funds to fight cancer by collecting pledges from their co-workers, friends and family.

Thanks to the dedication of law enforcement, emergency service personnel and generous community supporters across Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society Cops for Cancer events have raised more than $50.4 million for cancer research and support programs!
